保險業監管局於2021年10月28日發出通告，呼籲所有獲授權保險公司、經紀公司和保險代理公司強烈鼓勵其員工和中介人於2021年11月30日前接種疫苗。該通告只有英文版本，當中提到: “after which anyone who have not received the first dose of vaccine or are medically unfit to do so should undergo testing for COVID-19 every two weeks.” ，換句話說，不打針的就要定期每2星期做一次檢測，費用自付。
由於該通告是”強烈鼓勵”性質，所以未知有間私營公司會跟隨。
